2006 Orionids - Radio results

The following information is based on the radio results obtained for the 2006 Orionids. A detailed analysis of the 2006 Orionid visual results is presented in WGN35:2**. This work indicates that the 2006 Orionid shower ZHR-profile had a complex multi-peaked nature. This characteristic violates one of the assumption used when performing the SBV analysis of a meteor stream and may explain the differences obtained analysing the different observer's results.

The following information is based on the contents of Meteor Observation Bulletin No.159.
